Digital Art Prints: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital art prints. Once the digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. If you encounter any issues with your digital download, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Physical Art Prints: We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical art print purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at susan@susanolivio.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
- Email us the tracking number and expected delivery date.
Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
Please note the following:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
