I knew I wanted to change scenery this time so I chose a lakeside for the setting. I chose a pink palette because I wanted a softer and lighter look to the artwork. Instead of stylized plants for trees, I added more realistic looking plants. This was the first time I added birds to a collage.

I made this piece using a technique that makes it look like paper collage but it’s created digitally.
